Manpower Handling
Manage and oversee production staff.
Train, mentor, and supervise team members.
Resolve manpower issues or conflicts promptly.
Shift Planning
Develop and implement effective shift schedules.
Ensure smooth shift transitions.
Adjust plans to meet production demands.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Ensure products meet quality standards.
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.
Implement corrective actions for quality issues.
5S Implementation
Promote and enforce the 5S methodology.
