Location: Borivali
Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Making project visualization along with project brief as per user dept brief and Sponsor (management) comments.
• Making of project scope, Bar Chart and other details wrt layout, site setout.
• Detail coordination with project team including architect, designers, contractors, appointed consultants. Project execution for timely completion in given quantity, cost time and quality parameters.
• Project closure including billing, completion reports, audited account tally report etc.
• Keep a systematic custody of project documents, tools, spare material, including the previously completed projects.
• Obtaining all statutory permissions from respective government departments through our internal coordinator .
• Identifying usable material on site and raising material requisitions for new requirement
• Doing Root cause analysis of problem, taking corrective and preventive actions
