Our Commerce Engineering Program Management team works to enable subscriptions, promotions and much more across Apple’s Services for hundreds of millions of customers worldwide. We are looking for a seasoned EPM with the ability to ship complex and customer-facing products using Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) under demanding timelines. In this role you will manage AIML based intelligence programs across our services, working cross-functionally to deliver commerce features to our customers on time and with quality. The Program Manager will focus on launching commerce features and capabilities using AIML to build a world-class, scalable commerce platform for our growing services business. The role requires a combination of program management, strong engineering background, and ability to build reciprocal relationships across various teams within Apple Services Engineering and other Apple organizations. Developing tools and processes to gain efficiencies in the development and testing lifecycle will be an essential part of the role.

Preferred Qualifications

Shipping large scale paid Subscription Software or Services consumer products used by millions globally

Experience in Project management of complex, high impact projects from ideation to launch and post launch

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple product and engineering teams for alignment, planning and delivery of products

Strong facilitation skills for requirements gathering, scoping, planning, and review sessions across multiple teams

Experience in driving system architectural discussions and driving a scalable platform development

Strong prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proven track record of operating autonomously, and being self driven and self motivated to deliver high quality results in an organized manner

Highly organized and able to demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail

Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills for all level of an organization

Naturally accountable and responsible individual

Overall, a highly motivated, results-oriented, problem solver who enjoys a fast paced environment to deliver value to customers

Business-savvy with MBA a plus

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years technical program management experience delivering large, global products and services using AIML

Exposure to growing and retaining subscribers for consumer facing media services

Strong technology foundation with experience delivering products spanning client and server development

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, PMP or similar certification, and/or deep relevant industry experience preferred.
