Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune- Talegaon in korean MNC for a Senior Executive in HR. The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance management. The role also includes developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, and supporting various HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organization development.

• 6 plus Experience in HR generalist role
• Must have worked in chakan or talegaon region.
