Job Description
The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager HR-Generalist plays a crucial role in the organization's human resource management. They are responsible for implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Key responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires
• Handle employee relations and address grievances
• Administer employee benefits and leave management
• Manage performance appraisal and management process
• Oversee HRIS and maintain employee records
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Participate in strategic HR planning and initiatives
• Conduct exit interviews and manage separation processes
• Assist in developing and maintaining a positive work culture
• Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees
Required Qualifications
• MBA in Human Resources would be an added advantage
• Proven experience in HR operations and generalist functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Understanding of performance management and appraisal systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
