Position: Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager - HR
Location: Pune
Requisites:
· MBA HR
· 5-10 yrs of experience in HR Generalist role
· Experience from manufacturing industry is must
· Experience in:
a. End to End Recruitment
b. Payroll Management
c. Statutory Compliances
d. Training & Development
e. Performance Management Systems
f. HR Policy Development & Implementation
g. General administration including security, housekeeping and office management
h. Handling Contractors and labor laws, factory act related matters.
· Excellent verbal and written Communication skill
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment and onboarding process.
· Updating new joinee database, monthly Payroll process after accurate inputs to software.
· Ensure implementation of statutory compliance such as PF, PT, ESIC etc.
· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
· Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development.
· Gather and analyze attendance, Leave, extra work records with useful HR metrics.
· Plan for employee's performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
· Development and implementation of human resource policies, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
· Maintaining of overall records, creating employee personal files, proper documentation.
· Providing administrative and executive assistance to MD.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
