The job description for Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – HR includes, but is not limited to:
• Employee Life Cycle Management (Onboarding to Exit)
• Recruitment including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, finalizing and closing offers
• Payroll processing including leave and attendance management
• Managing payroll related and labour compliances
• Manage Employee Documentation
• MIS Reporting
• Handling Admin activities including vendor management, inventory, security and housekeeping management
• Handling employee grievances
Desired candidate profile:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing core HR operations and activities such as recruitment, payroll processing, employee life cycle management
• Any graduate / post graduate degree (preferably in Human Resources)
• Adept with monitoring and maintenance of overall HR information and documents of employees
• Strong working knowledge of MS-Office (particularly MS-Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases (prior working knowledge on payroll and HRIS software is an added advantage)
• Knowledge of labour laws and best practices
• Good communication skills
• Team – player and multi-tasking skills
• Problem solving and grievance handling skills
Salary: 4 - 6 lakhs p.a.
Timings: 10 am – 7 pm (2nd and 4th Saturday OFF)
