Job Description
· Ensure required manpower for kitchen operations on time.
· Conduct joining formalities and induction for new joiners, arrange appointment letter, ID card, email id creation (staff), registration of new joiners in attendance bio-metric machine on first day.
· Attendance management, assist to team leaders of other dept. to schedule shift of employees. Leave Management of employees. Ensure online attendance of employees for payroll processing.
· Prepare monthly payroll input on time to process salary of employees.
· Manage all administrative activities in the establishment including employee records, IT asset records, telephones, Housekeeping, TAPF’s Vehicle records and maintenance etc.
· Ensure compliance to various applicable labour laws and statutes (e.g. FSSAI licenses, Shop Act, Contract Labour Act, PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Apprentices Act, employment exchange etc.) are met by the establishment and the contractors /service-providers.
· Coordinate with all dept. of the kitchen for employees training arrangement and records keeping.
· Ensure employee utility services like pantry, rest-rooms, other benefits and facilities are managed in a manner that meets food industry norms and are within establishment’s norms (e.g. sanitation and housekeeping, etc.)
· Manage all contractors/service-providers e.g. security, gardening and ensure that their work practices and services meet the establishment’s expectation levels. Review day-to-day operations of contractors/service providers
· Communicate safety requirements to employees & contractors and their employees) and monitor safety practices.
· Liaising with appropriate medical authorities/facilities for pre-employment & annual medical check-up of all employees.
· Periodically review compliance of establishment to Sanitation & housekeeping and health & safety standards, and take corrective measures accordingly
· conduct employee engagement activities, employee welfare initiatives etc. for employees
· Handle employee grievances, impart necessary counseling, as and when required, highlight the concerns/issues /complaints /grievances to location head.
· Data Management - e.g. employee files, contracts, training data, etc.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
