Talent Acquisition Strategy and Action
Develop and update a Talent Acquisition Plan on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in consultation with HODs/Key Leaders of the organizationGood in handling employee engagement activities.Develop a Strategy for acquiring Talent in accordance with organizational work philosophy and culture, thus detailing out all possible sourcing avenues and ascertaining the order of priority, standardization and reliance on different avenues.Detail out and revise various benchmarks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recruitments – unit of experience needed for the job, relevance of previous organizations, demonstrable experience, timeframe for selection, competences etc. for each position in consultation with HODs/Key Leaders
Tracking, Monitoring and Reporting
Help with development of Job Descriptions of vacant positions in the organization as per inputs and advice from the HODs/Key LeadersAlign the recruitment process with the overall organization development and transformation efforts. This should be done in consultation with the CHRO and the HODs/Key Leaders
People Performance Management
Identifying Job Roles in all FunctionsTraining & development need analysis of employee’sDesign & Develop the career plan of the employee’sOrganizing & Leading T&D sessions for the employees at all business verticalsTo ensure that all reporting relationships are documented with 100% accuracyMaintain the Reporting Manager list and update on real time basis
KPI Formulation
· To ensure every role has its KPI
· To ensure that KPI formulating process has been followed
· To ensure SMART KPIs
· Updating KPIs on day to day basis
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Masters/Doctoral Degree in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Management/Personnel Management/Organizational Development/Organizational Behaviour or/and related fields from a reputed instituteProfessional Course/Certificate in Best Recruitment Practices/Talent Acquisition.Thorough and updated knowledge in the field of recruitment with a good command on various techniques and theories being used talent acquisition.Exposure to Spiritual Workplace and Conscious Business PracticesExposure to psychometric test and other recruitment tools will be an advantage.Proficiency in working with MS Office - Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, MIS and Web ResearchExcellent Communication and Documentation Skills in English and Hindi
