Roles & Responsiblities:
The HR Generalist (Female Preferred) will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring, administering pay, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Ensures that all HR-related policies and procedures comply with standard legal practices.
Manage end to end HR Operations & Payroll related activities
Responsible for streamlining processes by introducing automation to reduce errors and enhance employee experience
Payroll Management, PF , ESI and other Statutory compliances
Handle all responsibilities of HR Generalist profile for entire employee life cycle
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
Handle Communication with the members of the sales and other dept.
Maintaining HRIS
Performance Management, Training and development
People and Culture agenda
Employee Engagement and Employee Connect
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master degree in Human Resources is preferred (Female Candidate preferred)
Should have minimum 1-3 years of HR, Payroll & Generalist experience managing all phases of the process
Excellent Communication skills (verbal & written)
Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
Proficient with HRMS systems and MS Excel
Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
