Role Description
Experience in HR management (preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry)
✅ Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance
✅ Expertise in employee relations, training, and development
✅ Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment
✅ A people-oriented and problem-solving mindset
Qualifications
• HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Salary: ₹5-6 LPA + Attractive Incentives
