Sr.
Executive – Operations - Mumbai, Candidate should be a Graduate/ Post graduate with relevant working experience of 2-5 yrs in Port agency operations handling dry cargo / Bulk / break bulk / Ro-Ro / tanker vessels and in depth knowledge of shipping procedures & vessel planning.
Must be fully conversant with the handling of multi cargo and all husbanding related matters and must also possess good knowledge of port/customs/immigration and other official requirements.
The candidate should have good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively and independently communicate with Foreign Principals and masters of the vessels.
Job responsibilities will include attending Proforma Disbursement / port info query, monitoring vessel operations, upon receipt of agency appointment till closure of vessel final DA - within stipulated timeline, preparing Management / clients reports, and performance analysis
