Senior Front desk & Facility Executive
Job Description
1) Greet and guide the staff & guests when they enter the office and provide access where required.
2) Provide assistance to members' & enquiries about floor operations and policies as well as perform various administrative duties.
3)Monitor the security and housekeeping staff for the entire area of the facility.
4)Personally check each member into the office using the proper check-in procedures.
5)Monitor check-ins to identify delinquent accounts and notifies the floor Operations Supervisor.
6)Register all inward and outward mail, invoices & information into the office using proper online/offline logs maintenance procedures.
7) Ensures that guests and appointments are directed to the appropriate manager/staff in a prompt, professional manner.
8)Maintain neat appearance and wear proper uniform attire with nametag while on duty.
+) Distribute bands and other materials as needed.
Reserves time/makes appointments for special classes or other activities sponsored by the gym.
10) Process retail and concession sales. Make calls to aspiring members database for memberships.
11) Attend all staff meetings as directed.
Logs all maintenance concerns that are reported.
12) Follows and reports any safety concerns. Notify management of floor incidents that require incident reports.
13)Perform other reasonable work assignments as directed by the Facility Manager and/or Operations Supervisor.
Desired profile
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills are required.
Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally, non-verbally and in writing is required.
Understanding of basic accounting principles is required.
Understanding of basic cash processing procedures is required.
Functional computer skills are required.
Ability to multi-task.
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include holidays and weekends.
