I am hiring for Fashion Designers for a leading Fashion Design House based in Noida. I have multiples roles ranging from 2 years to 10 years expereince across the categories:
Designer - Couture
Designer - Streetwear for Ready to Wear - Womens Wear
Designer Menswear
Designer - Draping
Textile Designer
This is an exciting opportunity to create and launch an exciting new Ready to Wear brand, under the house famous Fashion Designer. we are looking for a candidate with a clear flair for international fashion.
The relevant candidate should have experience in draping and working with new shapes on westerns silhouettes. The relevant candidate should have worked, or designed an extensive range of gowns, dresses, tops and bottoms with elements of draping using jersey, crepes and along with other fabrics.
Key Responsibilities
· Research and create draped silhouettes, using crepes/jerseys.
· Redefine a new global language for draping.
· Working on brainstorming, sketching & ideating on concepts/designs.
· Source new fabrics and embroidery materials in line with the brands DNA.
· Oversee the complete execution of the sample development.
· Create artworks and sketches digitally.
· Working with Masters to create Toiles.
· Experience in pattern making and draping
· Work on surface developments, hand and machine embroidery.
Requirements and Skills:
· Degree in Design (preferably from NIFT, NID, FIT-NYC, LCF/CSM-London).
· Experience in leading a draping direction for an Luxury Pret or RTW brand,
· Out of the box vision and experience working with Luxury Pret Brands and Export/Buying houses.
· Proficiency in software’s like MS Office, Procreate, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
