Role Description
We’re looking for a warm, attentive, and enthusiastic Guest Service Executive to be the face of the bar. You’ll be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences, from welcoming guests and managing reservations to guiding them through our unique food and cocktail menu, managing guest relationships, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling guest inquiries and complaints. The role also involves coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and enhancing the overall guest experience. This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata.
Qualifications
• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and drinks
• Ensure smooth table service and guest satisfaction
• Handle reservations, queries, and feedback with care
• Coordinate with the bar and kitchen team for timely service
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Capable of Team Management and Collaboration
• Strong Organization and Time Management Skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred
