Job Overview
As a HR Business Partner with a focus on functional areas of human resources including HR operations, personnel records, employee relations, compensation management, benefits administration, and general HR operations. Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee communications, and/or meetings. This role is critical in maintaining a positive employee experience, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and driving organizational success through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, etc.)
• Nurture a positive working environment and maintain employee satisfaction.
• Ensuring HR practices, policies, and procedures comply with the local labor laws and regulations.
• Address HR related matters, employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Overseeing day to day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management.
• Good understanding of policy framing and implementation that align with company values and industry best practices.
• Knows and applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the human resources field of specialization.
• Effectively interfaces with employees and other stakeholders.
• Detailed Compliance knowledge on Shop act and other local laws.
• Understanding of various Insurance requirement as per law and renewals.
• Record keeping of employees.
• Efficient enough to provide the data like payroll, insurance, Leave etc. with zero error.
• Independently handling the employee life cycle, data management.
• Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. This may include organizing events, conducting surveys, and providing resources and support for employee wellness programs.
Qualification, Skills And Preferred Experience
• Bachelor/Master’s degree, plus appropriate professional experience in general HR area.
• Strong PC / systems skills required (Ms office)
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Proven work experience in HR field.
