Senior HR Executive
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Industry: Garment Manufacturing
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage HR operations in our garment factory. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Rajasthan labour laws, payroll, attendance, compliance, social audit documentation (SEDEX/ICS), and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with minimum wages, PF, ESI, bonus, and factory laws.
Maintain audit-ready HR and compliance records.
Support grievance handling, discipline, welfare, and training activities.
Prepare reports and MIS in Excel.
Requirements
5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, preferably garments.
Strong knowledge of Rajasthan wage laws and factory compliance.
Good computer skills with advanced Excel.
Experience handling large workforces is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
