Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who can effectively handle end-to-end HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR activities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with labour laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Sourcing and recruiting suitable candidates.
- Managing the onboarding process for new hires.
Payroll Operations: (Very Important)
-Handling complete payroll operations, including attendance tracking and coordination.
-Responding to salary queries and coordinating with the accounts team.
Employee Engagement:
-Organizing and managing fun activities to boost employee engagement, such as celebrating birthdays and festivals.
Grievance Handling:
-Addressing employee grievances and HR-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
HR Software Maintenance:
- Updating and maintaining the HR software (People works) with accurate information.
- Coordinating with the software team as needed.
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensuring timely and accurate compliance with PF, PT, ESIC, and other statutory requirements based on PAN India rules and regulations.
Documentation and Record-keeping:
- Updating and maintaining HR files and trackers.
- Drafting and sending various HR letters, including offers, appointments, transfers, terminations, and experience letters.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Coordinating with external consultants and collaborating with other teams within the organization.
Assisting Senior HR Manager:
- Providing support to the Senior HR Manager as and when required.
Job Specification:
To be successful in this role, the candidate should meet the following requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional emails effectively.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous HR experience, demonstrating proficiency in various HR functions.
Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of labour laws and HR regulations.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HR packages and payroll systems allows easy adaptation and utilization.
