· Recruitment activities in the organization.
· Recruitment, orientation and induction of new member in the organization.
Good Communication in English.
· Develop selection criteria for new recruitment.
· Performance appraisal in co- operation with the respective HOD.
· Identify training needs for senior members of the organization.
· Maintenance of employees’ personnel files.
· Prepare, conduct and arrange training of new and existing employees.
· Evaluation of effectiveness of training and competence of the employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
