Job Tittle : Sr. Hr. Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of statutory compliance, policy formulation, and a strong command of team handling. The HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, training and development, employee engagement, performance management systems (PMS), appraisals, and payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Statutory Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
o Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in labor laws.
2. Policy Formulation:
o Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
o Review and update policies regularly to ensure relevance and compliance.
3. Team Handling:
o Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support.
o Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
4. Talent Acquisition:
o Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
o Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
5. Training and Development:
o Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
o Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
6. Employee Engagement:
o Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
o Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee morale.
7. Performance Management System (PMS) and Appraisals:
o Develop and manage the performance appraisal system.
o Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluation processes.
8. Payroll Management:
o Oversee the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
o Address and resolve any payroll-related issues
Experience needed
Minimum of 7 to + years of experience in HR management.
Mandatory Skills:
In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws.
Proven experience in policy formulation and implementation.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent talent acquisition and recruitment abilities.
Experience in developing and conducting training programs.
Strong understanding of performance management systems and appraisals.
Proficiency in payroll management and related software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
