Sr. HR Executive
• Night Shift.
Location:
• Pune. 10 yrs. experience. .Candidate should have experience in employee engagement activities. .Candidate should be experienced in training and development. .Should have worked on employee relations .Very good communication skills (written & verbal) ostreamlining HR activities. oMaintaining Attrition Reports. oConducting Skip Level meetings. oInduction for new joinees. oFacilitate Disciplinary action. oHR policies updation. oEmployee Relations. oHandling Employee Grievances. oConducting Open House sessions with agents to understand their issues and resolve them at the earliest. oDaily floor visit to follow up on any employee related query, issues and concerns. oCommunicating HR policies and processes to employees. oInform employees about Accelerated Growth Programme and Hippo programme. oAssistance in organizing of gettogethers, picnics, parties, etc. oProcess Improvements. oAdherence to information security policy.'
