Location – ANDHERI EAST, MAROL 40005+.
Designation- Sr. HR. Executive WORK IN OFFICE
Experience: Should have minimum 3yrs of proven experience in active recruitment Hands on experience on Job portals Experience from agency/consultancy will be preferred.
Qualification: Graduate/post graduate
Gender: Male/Female
Who can apply: Hr executive /Sr Hr Executive/ Asst. Hr Manager
Salary: 20k to 35k / month as per experience ( 2.20 to 4.20 LPA )
Working days: Mon. To Sat.
Working Time: 10am to 7pm
Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining all employees Database
Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
Assisting in the planning of company events.
Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
Coordinating new hire orientations.
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters Good knowledge of advance excel

Salary: ₹220,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
