Job Description
WebOccult is looking for an experienced Sr. HR Generalist who will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise. She will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and advice. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by following best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance to management and employees on human resources issues, and develop new programs and initiatives to meet management needs
• Anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with stack holders.
• Assist in the formulation of objectives for policies and procedures.
• Assure company policies are administered fairly and consistently throughout the area of responsibility and effectively communicate and execute necessary changes to policies and procedures.
• Execute lateral hiring, campus hiring, and manage full recruitment cycle.
• Manage leave and attendance process, and keep the records.
• Be a good observer, listener and drive a company culture.
• Organize employee engagement activities for team bonding and relation building.
• Write contents for employer branding and post them on social media on a regular basis.
• Drive performance review cycle on quarterly basis and appraisal cycle on yearly basis successfully.
• Handle employee’s grievances, queries or issues in timely manner.
• Build relations with employees, motivate and encourage them as and when required.
• Manage induction and on-boarding, documentations and joining formalities for new employees, make them aware on company policies, environment and work process.
• Manage exit interviews and exit formalities.
• Manage payroll executions on time.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience.
• Must have experience with IT companies.
• Must be a good communicator.
• Must have experience in managing full recruitment cycle and good to have experience with campus recruitment.
• Must have experience in performance and appraisal management.
• Must have experience in employer branding and driving culture.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
