Key Responsibilities include :
• Maintained database and personnel file updating
• Code creation for new employees in the SPINE HRMS
• Payroll processing
• Follow up of Bio metric attendance
• Taking care of absenteeism and handling manpower planning.
• Handle Attendance & Leave Management system.
• Joining formalities
• Preparation of trainee’s stipend and issue to the concern trainee
• Organizing employee ID card, visiting card.
• Processed the exit Interview, full & final settlement and released service certificates after ensuring that the employees owed no dues
• Order issues (offer letter, probation confirmation, reliving letter)
• To be solve the regional quires
• Preparing HR MIS reports
• Recruitment
• Executing the induction and orientation of employees.
• Labor wages verification and preparation
• Labor attendance updating in the register
• Office administration
• Organizing meetings
• Housekeeping.
• Handle employee’s grievance and act as a chain between management and employees.
• Perform employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate for Background verification of employees with third party agencies.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources with at least 5-8 years’ experience as a Sr. HR Executive.
