We’re a startup lab designed to lunch and scale internet first consumer brands that will define the future. Few of our famous brands are Miss Chase, Dolce Crudo, Miss Olive, Yutika Life etc. Our team of designers and business leaders come from leading fashion and business institutes ranging from NIFT, Harvard, Raffles, and Parsons. We’re one of the fastest-growing fashion brands globally and now have a retail presence across India, South East Asia, and the USA.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and implement induction and on-boarding program for new staff and ensure their alignment to the organization's vision, mission, and program goals.
• Provide consultancy to the management team on HR-related issues.
• Draft and streamline HR best practices regularly. Regularly evaluate HR practices and programs and develop processes accordingly.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures to nurture a positive working environment.
• Evaluate potential employee challenges and address them proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyze employee information.
• Developing policies for all employees KRA and KPI.
• Identify training needs for the employees and recommend training programs relevant to employee development (technical and non-technical).
• Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs and implement activities for employee engagement.
• Conduct E-sat surveys, exit interviews.
What You’ll Bring
• 5+ years of work experience as HR Business Partner (start-up experience preferred).
• Post-Graduation in HR (preferably from Tier 1/2 institute).
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Experience working with a diverse workforce.
• Excellent time-management and problem-solving skill.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
