1. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)
· Handling overall Search, Recruitment, Induction, Onboarding.
· Working with IJPs and Manpower Budgeting.
· Assigning mandates to the right search partners.
· Ensuring that roles are hired and onboarded as per business criticality and agreed turnaround time.
· Co-ordinating with various Business Leaders for their Talent requirement.
· To work on Job Offers, Fitments. Complete all On-boarding documents and manage HRMS. Issue of Letters.
· Performing Internal transfers of employees.
· Responsible for managing Employee Personal files.
· Reference and Medical Check process.
2. Performance & Talent Management- From Performance planning to Performance Appraisal
· To coordinate and facilitate Performance planning, Performance review and Performance Appraisals.
· To track compliance of calendar and processes in line with schedule.
· To assess Appraisal rating and convert into an execution able compensation plan.
· To do Performance Appraisal related analytics.
· Plan and deliver Cover Management and Succession Planning.
Design and execute Potential and Leadership Assessment.
3. HR Operations
· Responsible for ensuring employee lifecycle delivery from Recruitment to Exit.
· Maintain HRMS.
· Manage payroll, Statutory Compliances.
· Statutory obligations pertaining to HR and 100% Compliance.
· Maintain / Update Strategy Map of organization.
· Maintain / Update Work Responsibility Sheet (WRS) system.
4. Benefits Administration
· To achieve delivery as per TAT’s and monitor deviations.
· Design Performance linked Incentive schemes and administration.
· To work on salary revision proposals.
· Exposure to Retention Plans (ESOP’s, Deferred Pay etc.)
5. HR Analytics
· Payroll Analysis, Manpower Trend Analysis, Key Performance Indicator Analysis.
· Complete all analytics related to Monthly MIS and present to Management
· Manage HR Budgets and perform Cost Analysis.
6. Training and Development
· Identifying Training Needs.
· Preparing Training Calendar.
· Conducting inductions and other training programs.
· Managing Online Training portals.
· Maintaining training effectiveness and efficacy.
7. Employee Engagement
· Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy.
· Create and/or edit tools, training materials, and resources to help partners and leaders successfully build action plans based on survey results.
Responsible for Planning and Executing monthly and Yearly Employee Engagement events like Birthday Celebrations, Diwali Party, etc.

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
