Job Description
1. Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function & team by overseeing
talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training,
leadership development, performance management, compensation and benefits,
HR Cost Savings and Labour Legal Matter Compliances.
2. Monitor timely & accurate monthly payroll data for the company as well as
contractual workers, Liaise with Accounts & Finance team for the salary
disbursements and ensure timely attendance of all staff.
3. Process all special payments such as bonuses, Incentives and overtime, as
scheduled.
4. Address & resolve grievances as & when they come in, within swift timelines and
respond professionally & accurately to inquiries related to payroll earnings,
deductions, taxes, etc.
5. Assist in the development of policies, guidelines, and tools to support the
organizations long-term vision & mission.
6. Prepare and share on a monthly basis detailed & accurate HR MIS report with
management
7. Boost employee morale and motivation by developing a structure which includes
conducting employee engagement activities on a regular basis, 360 feedback,
providing half yearly performance reviews for each staff with their department
heads.
8. Monitor Housekeeping, Physical Security, office stationery & Printing activities as
part of admin responsibilities.
+. Handle all repairs and general maintenance works like plumbing, carpentry, fitting
and civil.
10. Handle fire safety equipment's and conducting periodical mock drills to create
awareness for associates.
11. Handle Fire Panel, Fire safety equipment's and First Aid services.
12. Be responsible for office space and assets management.
13. Support all Internal and External events related to HR and admin
Skills and Qualifications
1. A bachelors degree from an accredited college
2. An MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related fields would be preferred.
3. Min 7 years of experience in handling HR Domain preferably in the Steel forging
industry who can handle Factory Acts as a HR & Admin or similar role
4. In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

10. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations and good
understanding of labor legislation

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
