Qualification: MSW or MBA (HR) from reputed institutes Experience : 4 to 7 years of experience in Engineering based Manufacturing Organisation Notice Period : 30/immediate (Not considering 45/60/+0 days) Location: Hosa road, Bangalore only Gender: Female only Summary of the Role: Coordinating and managing a wide range of programmes and activities relating to Human Resources activities. Tasks and Responsibilities: Hiring Process: Utilize all modes of hiring channels (internal and external sources) forhiring employees in Manufacturing Unit . Responsible for Screening Profiles and shortlist candidates for regular employment candidates and apprentice. Coordinate interview process and fix interview schedules with functional managers & facilitate the recruitment process by providing necessary materials, facilities, and assistance to the functional manager. Coordinate with Manager HR Operations for interview schedules / conducting initial round of interview. Induction of new employees, coordination with other departments, making induction schedules. Coordinating for employee welfare programmes Handling employee grievances. Frequent visit to the shop floor Ensure high standards of house keeping and co ordinating with the supervisor. Alternate days working in both the units (Electronic City & Jigani). Skills required: Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Local language is mandatory (Reading and Writing) Possess good Presentation skills and working knowledge in Statutory compliances. Working knowledge on 5S. Note: We need candidate who is near to our office like Anekal/Kormangala etc since our office is at Hosa Road Electronic city.
