We need two Sr.HR Recruiter's / Talent Acquisition Executive with the following criteria:
Budget : 4 - 5 Lacs
Minimum 4-5yrs of experience into Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Should have handled bulk and field recruitment.
Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online platforms and professional job portals
Advertise Job openings on various online channels and internally.
Well experienced in sourcing techniques and head hunting
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate must be itself a Good Portal Recruiter.
Candidate Should have experience in Vendor coordination.
Candidate should be Good in Communication Skills.
Candidate Should be well versed to coordinate with the internal Stake Holders.
Candidate Should be Graduate.
Candidate will be on 3rd party payrolls of Lobo Staffing.
Other Detail
Job Location- Thane.
Working Days-Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday
Job Timing-10am to 6pm
