Work Days : 5 days a week - Monday to Friday
Work Timings : Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM IST

Job Role and Requirements :
You will be required to do end to end recruitment for hiring part-time resources and for US full-time employees.
1. Understand the requirement from the stakeholder
2. Make the JD, post the JD on various portals, sourcing, interviewing
3. Follow up for the all the rounds including technical rounds for the candidates
4. Offering the shortlisted candidates
5. Working in sync with the respective team till the candidate starts working with us
6. Bridging the gap between the team and the candidate.
7. Maintaining database and feedback for the candidates and communicating the same to them
8. Build future pipeline for additional candidates.

Salary: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
