• Job Vacancy Fulfillment: Successfully fill open positions within the agreed-upon time frame.
• Sourcing Efficiency: Utilize various sourcing methods effectively (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
• Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs.
• Candidate Fit: Ensure candidates match the job requirements and organizational culture.
• Retention Rate: Track and improve the retention rates of new hires within their probationary period and beyond.
• Hiring Manager Satisfaction: Measure and improve satisfaction levels of hiring managers with the recruitment process and candidates.
• Time-to-Fill: Minimize the time taken to fill open positions from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Cost-per-Hire: Manage and optimize the costs associated with hiring processes.
• Process Adherence: Follow established recruitment processes and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
• Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and act on feedback from candidates about their experience to improve processes.
• Offer Acceptance Rate: Achieve a high offer acceptance rate by ensuring candidates are engaged and well-informed.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Reporting: Provide regular and accurate reports on recruitment metrics, such as vacancy status, candidate sources, and process effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work effectively with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand and meet recruitment needs.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends and industry practices to provide valuable insights and advice to the organization.
• Process Optimization: Regularly review and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Skill Development: Continuously develop personal and professional skills related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
