Job Description
Position: Senior HR Recruiter
Location: Jatin Das Park, Kolkata.
Salary: ₹15000 - ₹30,000
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Week Off: Tuesday
Experience: Minimum 3 years in recruitment (preferably edtech)
Laptop: Must have own laptop(Do not apply if you dont have own laptop)
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and managers.
Maintain talent pipeline
Tie up with colleges for campusing
Who Should Apply?
Candidates with strong organizational and communication skills.
Have prior experience in recruitment
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive individual with a keen interest in HR.
