To manage the full cycle recruiting process for our corporate functions.
Work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
To engage with senior managers and stakeholders to understand current and upcoming business requirements.
Build great partnership with business in terms of understanding the needs and delivering on time.
Identify potential candidates through creative sourcing techniques to fill the candidate pipeline.
Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
Source & screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Headhunting, Passive Sourcing.
To analyse various recruitment metrics and come up with insights to improve processes and efficiencies
Salary positioning, offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow-up with hiring partners and candidates to ensure TAT.
Proactively create a talent pipeline for mass roles/critical roles.
Managing effective and smooth onboarding of new hires in coordination with the on-boarding team as per defined process to ensure their acclimatisation to the organization for better engagement and stability.
End to end recruitment at junior, middle & senior levels for our Company.
Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals/Job boards extensively and efficiently.
Screening, shortlisting, sourcing the candidates as per the Companys requirements, doing end to end recruitment.
Qualification Requirement: MBA HR/BBA HR
