Position: Sr.HR Recruiter / Recruitment Head/ Recruitment Manager Qualification: MBA, BBA Experience: 6-10 Years Location: Indore
Roles & Responsibilities
• Must have hands of experience in using Naukri.com/ Job sites/ Consultants, to source relevant
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, Job Portal & strong Networking
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications and assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• End to End Recruitment including Sourcing of profiles from various mediums
• Making trackers and end to end follow-up & Coordination with candidate
• Daily minimum 6-7 lineups as per
• Prepare and maintain the backups for every
• Ready to work with deadlines.
Skills Required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Multitasking and Time Management
• Negotiation Skills
• Familiarity with HR databases
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 7 years of recruiting experience preferred (IT Company)
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
