Involved in end-to-end Recruitment.
Understanding requirements of the clients.
Search resumes from various sources like Internal Database, Job Portal etc.
Initial screening of candidates through telephonic conversation to judge communication skills, qualifications.
Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile and organization overview.
Scheduling face to face interviews with the Client Company and Interview coordination.
Sharing feedback with candidates which is given by the client.
Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹1+,000.00 per month
