The Company listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange on 29 January 2021 (DOCS.L) and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 index.Sr. HR Systems Engineer – Enterprise Technology.As Sr HR Systems engineer in our Enterprise Technology team, you will:Manage and maintain HR systems ensuring they are optimized for performance & reliabilityWork with HR & IT teams to ensure identify systems requirements for HR systemsDevelop & maintain systems interfaces as required between HR systems and the other components of the Enterprise IT landscapeTroubleshoot HR systems technical issuesAdvise on data structure and integrityProvide technical support to colleagues in the HR team.Must-Have Experience:4-6+ years working with HR systems such as Dayforce, ATS, workforce management systems etc.Clear understanding of HR best practices and sound experience in translating those to HR systems requirementsProven experience delivering global applicant tracking (ATS) systemsIn depth experience configuring HR systemsExperience in roll out of HR systems in multiple countries.Technical Skills:4-6+ years' experience of Ceridian / Dayforce.Experience of Workforce Management systems such as StoreForce.HR Systems IntegrationExperience of API integrationsStrong background in data security principles with relation to HRIS systems.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Solid analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Education:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.We live and breathe Rebellious Self Expression at Dr. Martens, and there are 3 core values at the heart of it.
