Job Description
• Analyze and resolve system problems and implements. Maintain HR system configuration tables in both Oracle PeopleSoft, ICIMS and Success Factors modules, and other applications as needed to facilitate accurate and timely entry and maintenance of employee data.
• Lead or participate in small to medium-scale projects (teams of 3 or more) from conception to implementation: develops project plan, manages timelines and milestones, writes test plans, documents and implements solutions.
• Manage and/or supports the uploading of mass data changes within the various HR systems.
• Responsible for running ad hoc processes and for auditing and troubleshooting both scheduled and ad hoc processes, such as interfaces between all systems to maintain overall data integrity. Create and maintains standard reports and respond to data requests for ad hoc queries.
• Participate in system upgrades and patches by performing fit/gap analysis, table configuration changes, preparing test scripts, test execution and implementation.
• Maintain training documentation as needed.
• Develop, document and maintain HRIS-related procedures to ensure consistent use and maintenance of the systems.
• Make recommendations on system changes and process improvements.
• Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS and with current applications.
Who are you?
• You are Human Resource professional with Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources.
• At least 5+ years’ experience in an HRIS role supporting in-house and SAAS HR applications required.
• Advanced Success Factors, Oracle PeopleSoft, query/reporting technical skills.
• Understanding of key HR programs including recruitment, compensation, budgets and ability to understand the nature and flow of the business and apply it to the analysis.
• Capable of producing ad-hoc work with quick turn-around and high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and projects and to respond to changing demands, priorities, procedures, and technology. Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications
