Role Description

The Sr Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. The role involves working closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.

• Knowledge of HR strategies and policies
• Experience in handling payroll and benefits administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
