Job Description
As a detail-driven Creative Head of Interior Design, you will lead the creative direction and execution of interior spaces across our luxury residences portfolio. Your refined aesthetic sensibility should align with the brand's identity of sophistication, class, and subtle luxury by incorporating natural palettes, soft textures, coastal influences, and refined materiality.
You will be expected to stay ahead of trends in international luxury interiors and integrate innovative yet timeless elements into our spaces to reflect warmth, functionality, and emotional resonance.
Your preferred qualities and skill set should include a deep-rooted passion for luxury interior design with an elegant, timeless portfolio, a strong eye for materials, color theory, spatial flow, and furniture curation. Balancing creative vision with commercial practicality, you should possess a signature style that embraces restraint, warmth, tactile sophistication, with hints of coastal and earthy elements. Excellent leadership, team-building, and collaboration skills are essential, along with strong presentation and communication abilities to articulate design vision to stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field from a reputed institute. Ideally, you should have 10-15 years of experience, particularly in luxury residential or hospitality interiors, with at least 3-5 years in a creative leadership role. Prior work experience with luxury real estate developers or boutique design studios catering to HNI clientele will be advantageous.
