Detailed Responsibilities:
• Hardware Management:
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues.
• Managing hardware asset inventory.
• Overseeing hardware upgrades and replacements.
• Software Management:
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications and operating systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
• Managing software licenses and updates.
• Ensuring compliance with software policies and regulations.
• Technical Support:
• Providing technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation.
• Providing training to users on new hardware and software.
• Data Security and Backup:
• Implementing and enforcing data security policies and procedures.
• Managing data backups and disaster recovery.
• Monitoring and addressing security threats.
• Network Management:
• Troubleshooting network issues.
• Ensuring network security and performance.
• Participating in network planning and implementation.
• Other Responsibilities:
• Managing IT budgets and resources.
• Collaborating with external vendors for IT support and services.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements.
• Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
• Managing IT helpdesk tickets and tracking system performance
