Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to facilitate effective candidate offers.
Stay updated on the latest recruitment techniques, tools, and technologies to continually improve the recruitment process.
Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the employer brand and promote the company as an attractive employer for IT professionals.
Participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking events to proactively source potential candidates.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters or team members as needed.
Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
Stay informed about legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment practices and ensure compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Min 3years of experience as an IT recruiter, with a focus on technical positions.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, including software developers, system administrators, network engineers, etc.
In-depth understanding of different technical stacks, programming languages, and emerging technologies.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting, Boolean search, and passive candidate engagement.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent in a competitive market.
Ability to assess candidates' technical competencies and aptitude through effective screening and interview techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
Proactive mindset and ability to think creatively to solve recruitment challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced IT organization.
Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification).
