• 5+ years of IT end user services and onsite in-office hands-on experience
• Excellent user support, communication and collaboration skills are important
• Knowledge in the following areas:
Microsoft Windows 11, MAC iOS, Windows Server 2016, Office 365 Suite
Active Directory, Okta
Cloud Concepts such as SaaS, AWS, SAML, etc.
Mobile devices, iPads, iPhone, android
Basic cybersecurity concepts
Basic networking concepts
• Life sciences industry experience would be great but a person who can work autonomously on projects and be willing and able to adapt to new responsibilities is much more important.
