About the Role
Law graduate with 8+ years of experience in corporate sector (Preferably IT Sector). Should be willing to work in PST time Zone.
The profile should have experience in Contract Life Cycle Management including drafting, review, negotiations and finalization of Agreement both domestic and international.
Review and revising International and Domestic Agreements i.e. Master Service Agreement, Software License and Maintenance Support Services Agreement, Mutual Non-disclosure Agreement, Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation Agreement, Recruiting Services Agreement, Asset Purchase Agreements, Drafting of Unemployment Claims Protest Letters, Employee Handbook, etc.
Responsibilities
• Negotiations with the client on competitive terms of the agreement, monitor client satisfaction with the terms and conditions of company, and finalize the agreement.
• Follow-up with clients on contract changes and preparing addendums and / or amendments to the Master Agreements based on mutually agreed provisions.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients on contractual matters.
• Prepare initial drafts i.e. Mutual NDA’s, MOU, SOW, Master Service Agreements, 10++ Agreements, Software License and Maintenance Support Services Agreement, Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation Agreements, Recruiting Services Agreement, Exhibits, Purchase Orders, and Work Orders, per compliance requirements and communicating with concerned employee of the Client to ensure compliance Limitation
