• Define and communicate Key Result Areas (KRAs) for team members, aligning individual and

• Conduct daily stand-up meetings to facilitate communication, address challenges, stay
updated and keep the team informed about ongoing activities and goals.
• Undertake continuous Root Cause Analysis for all client accounts to identify and rectify gaps
in billing practices. Identifying and fixing bottlenecks. Use automation wherever required.
• Optimize and oversee inventory allocation to RCM resources ensuring efficient utilization of
resources, minimizing bottlenecks, and maintaining an organized workflow to enhance the
overall effectiveness of the process.• Oversee eligibility verification processes with a focus on meeting the Turnaround Time
