Job Description
The candidate will be based out of the corporate office in Mumbai of a reputed Pharma company and will be responsible for overseeing entire finance and accounts operations including Finalization of Accounts, Preparation of Financial reports, Taxation, Budgeting, Auditing, Fund Management, Costing, Statutory Compliance, etc
You will be responsible for the following activities:.
• Preparation of monthly financial statement
• Finalization of Standalone and Consolidated Balance Sheet, P & L Account, Cash Flow and Pan India Depot/ C&F Accounting and Collecting of payment.
• Leading Internal & Statutory Audit functions and generating audit reports.
• Should be able to guide management about proper and systematic asset management and periodically submitting repots for P&L to Management.
• Accurate knowledge of statutory compliances.
• Managing and Implementation of Compliance (Direct tax & Indirect tax- GST)
• Implementing Standard Product costing and reviewing quarterly actual costing of all operation products of Company.
Required Candidate Profile
• Candidate should be qualified CA, with 10-15 years of experience in a Pharma company, handling finance and accounts operations including Finalization of Accounts, Preparation of Financial reports, Taxation, Budgeting, Auditing, Fund Management, Costing, Statutory Compliance, etc at corporate level
• Working experience in Pharmaceutical company is must including handling Pan India Depot / C&F Accounting and collection of payment.
• Should be proficient in various accounting software
• Should have experience in working on ERP/SAP
