Job Description
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital outreach campaigns for the entire brand portfolio across multiple digital channels
• Build and execute targeted paid campaigns for online video platforms, Search (PPC/SEO), Social media, Programmatic/display
• Build and execute Influencer marketing campaigns for entire brand portfolio
• Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs and share regular reports
• Partner with Social Media agency to plan and build monthly content calendar on social media
• Release regular dashboards capturing performance of digital KPIs and metrics
• Work closely with brand teams to provide suitable digital solutions for their portfolio
• Collaborate with Consumer Insights team to understand key category insights for campaign implementation
• Manage brand assets and websites to ensure regular content update
• Manage Digital Media agency/ Social media agencies and technology vendors
Skills
Proven working experience in digital marketing and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Experience of designing and executing 360 degree digital marketing campaigns at scale
• Demonstrable experience in translating consumer insights into memorable digital campaigns
• Experience in identifying consumer journey touch points and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Deep understanding of the workings of digital platforms such as YouTube, Search, Meta, OTT etc. - media buying, planning and user targeting options on these platforms
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing Online Video campaigns, SEO/SEM, Influencer marketing social media and display/programmatic advertising campaigns
• Experience of planning and executing performance marketing campaigns preferably for e-com business/D2C
• Experience of building digital content for social media and website
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush) and social media listening tools (eg:Radian6, Meltwater)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, FB, Insta and YouTube campaigns
• Experience of managing media and digital agencies
• Basic knowledge of HTML, tags and search console’s development
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
