The team of Novartis specialists within Insights & Analytics are on a data and digital transformation journey, using analytics to generate impactful insights for Novartis medicines impacting more than 500 million patients worldwide. The team is poised to enable easier, faster and reliable decisions for Novartis divisions across the globe.
In this role you’d who need to be a guide in exploring various data sources like customer, content, channel, and web to derive practical insights and enable partners to deliver data driven decisions. You will work closely with the partners along with the analytics team and other departs to devise new measurement frameworks and methodologies to identify engagement and impact along with a keen focus on Operational Efficiency and seamless partner management.
Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
• Understand Key Business Questions and translate the problems into appropriate analytical frameworks that deliver the encouraged impact.
• Craft and develop analytical solutions appropriate to the partner requirements to answer key business questions.
• Lead and collaborate on creation of measurement frameworks and methodology designs to build scalable models.
• Develop and maintain regular analytics results and meet quality standards, timeliness, compliance, and excellent user experience.
• Work with senior analytics specialists to build and present compelling, easy-to-understand data visualization and data driven insights for analytics leaders and other team members.
• Build guardrails and process documentation for team to use as checklists and guidance during execution.
• Ensuring work effort generates desired outcomes on time, within budget and at required performance levels
• Manage Partner relationships and expectations throughout the project delivery and maintenance phase
