Job Description
Experience Required: Must be from Domestic BPO Mandatory ( Must handle a sales and Insurance Process )
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Domestic BPO operations.
-At least 1yr experience as a Sr Manager designation
- Proven experience in insurance sales, specifically in health insurance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 400-800 agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the health insurance process across Bangalore locations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage and mentor operations managers and team leaders.
- Monitor KPIs and drive initiatives to meet and exceed targets.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure service excellence.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
