Role Description:
• The Facebook Ads Sr. Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Facebook ad campaigns, from strategy to execution, optimization, and reporting
• The candidate will work closely with the company's data experts to continually analyze ad performance and create targeted campaigns
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing ad campaigns with strong analytical and data-driven skills, coupled with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 4+ years of experience managing Facebook ad campaigns (agency experience preferred)
• Proven track record of driving results and ROI
• Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager
• Experience creating and testing ad creatives, headlines, and copy
• Strong analytical and data-driven skills
• Experience with reporting and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing either an E-commerce OR D2C OR App based client with a minimum monthly budget of 1cr+ is mandatory.
The candidate should be a creative problem-solver, able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a deep understanding of Facebook ads.
