We’re looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Leader to shape and scale the next phase of our journey. This high-impact leadership role will own customer growth, engagement, and retention. From strategy to execution, this person will lead how we prioritize, invest, and drive performance across the customer lifecycle to deliver breakthrough results.

You will be responsible for shaping our marketing strategy, managing how we allocate marketing investments across priorities, and driving full-funnel efficiency. You will collaborate closely with content, product, analytics, and tech teams.

This role also involves leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team. It requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape and evolving customer behavior.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Amazon MX Player.
Analyze market trends, user insights, and competitive dynamics to identify and unlock new growth opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, analytics, and engineering teams to enhance user experience and maximize content impact.
Manage the full lifecycle of user marketing — including onboarding, retention, reactivation, and monetization journeys.
Drive audience segmentation and personalization strategies to improve message relevance and user outcomes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing ROI.
Stay ahead of emerging platforms, tools, and innovations shaping the Indian digital marketing landscape.
Own content programming calendar to align high-impact launches with key business priorities and audience interest.
Lead viewership forecasting and support business planning tied to customer and content metrics.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience managing teams
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA
Experience in managing marketing budgets
Experience in working with product and tech teams to drive customer improvements
